A Manhattan woman is set to serve 12 months of probation, after reaching a plea agreement with county prosecutors earlier this month.

Jessica Miller, 42, was granted probation by Riley County District Court Judge John Bosch on July 14 during a plea hearing and sentencing for her case. Miller pleaded guilty to two counts of endangering a child, possession of THC and possession of drug paraphernalia.

THC stands for tetrahydrocannabinol, a psychoactive compound commonly found in marijuana that can cause a “high.”
