A Manhattan woman files for fraud after being scammed out of over a thousand dollars.
Riley County Police say they recieved a call Friday morning to the 2800 block of Stone Valley Landing after a 77-year-old woman was scammed out of $1,700 over the phone.
The suspect is unknown at this time.
