MANHATTAN, Kansas–Manhattan Town Center and Navy Federal Credit Union invite military personnel and their families to a special holiday shopping event during the annual Operation Yellow Ribbon December 17-18.
“We deeply appreciate the commitment and service from our military members as well as their family members,” said Jeff Sutton, Manhattan Town Center marketing manager. “Most of our stores already offer a standard military discount, and this event gives even more savings to our local military families. We’re proud to partner with Navy Federal Credit Union to offer this great event.”
Bring a valid Military ID to the Navy Federal Credit Union booth at Center Court to receive a yellow wristband and enjoy great holiday savings at participating Manhattan Town Center merchants such as the newly opened Blue Moose Bar & Grill. Also, current and former military can register to win a $500 mall gift card and a $100 mall gift card from Navy Federal Credit Union.
In addition to the drawings, other offers include a free 5×7 Santa photo for military, free cookie and hot cocoa from Mrs. Powell’s on Saturday at 1 p.m. and many stores are offering up to 25% off savings for members of the military and their family.
The latest list of store discounts for military is available at www.manhattantowncenter.com. Extended mall hours on Saturday, Dec. 17 are 8 am. to 10 p.m. and on Sunday, Dec. 18 from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.
