According to Deadline, Miranda is collaborating with video director Trey Fanjoy and screenwriter Cindy McCreery to make a movie called Something in the Water, about five women challenging their men in a bass fishing competition. Miranda would play one of the five women in the movie, said to be somewhere between Bridesmaids and Steel Magnolias in tone.
Miranda and Trey Fanjoy have collaborated on a lot of the country stars’ videos, including her latest clip, ‘Somethin’ Bad.” They’ve also teamed up on the videos for “The House That Built Me,” “Kerosene,” “Mama’s Broken Heart,” and “Fastest Girl in Town.”
