Miranda Lambert’s The Ladysmith Bed & Breakfast in Tishomingo, Oklahoma, is apparently no more. The website for the eight-room establishment simply says it’s closed and “under new management.”
The Texas-born, now-Nashville-based Female Vocalist of the Year opened the venture near her former home with ex-husband Blake Shelton in the summer of 2014. In addition to the accommodations, the b-and-b also boasts a dining hall, two lounges, a tea room, a New Orleans-style bar and a ballroom with space for 80 guests. Blake also shot the video for his hit “Sangria” there.
The Ladysmith is located across the street from the former home of Miranda’s Pink Pistol boutique. In May, she announced she was closing her Tishomingo store, and taking advantage of the chance to expand the location in her Lindale, Texas, hometown. Blake later revealed he’d subsequently bought the building.
The country music “it” couple surprised the world last summer with news of their unexpected divorce.
