He’s already shared the Jon Pardi-produced title track, and on Friday, he dropped his version of “Lucky Man,” a Montgomery Gentry cover that’s especially meaningful, since Eddie Montgomery is Dillon’s uncle.
Steve Earle’s tribute project to his late singer-songwriter son, Justin Townes Earle, is now available on CD and vinyl. Justin died in August of 2020 from an accidental drug overdose.
Last week, Canaan Smith announced his sophomore album, High Country Sound. Ahead of the project’s release date on April 2, he’s sharing a new song off the track list, “Sweet Virginia.”
