The Riley County Police Department is welcoming Hali Rowland as the new Public Information Officer. Hali Rowland comes to RCPD from KWCH 12 in Wichita, where she spent 4 years as a producer and assignment editor. Rowland previously obtained a bachelor’s degree in Communication with an emphasis in Broadcast Journalism from Wichita State University.

Interim  PIO Alexander Robinson has served in the role the previous 8 months and will work side by side with Rowland to ensure a smooth transition. While most functions will be transitioned to Hali over the next few weeks, Ofc. Robinson’s last day before leaving for law school will be Aug. 11.
