Three were arrested following a stabbing incident that occurred overnight Tuesday in Manhattan. A 39-year-old man was listed as the victim when it was reported a 53-year-old man stabbed the victim with a knife. The victim was treated for his injuries and is reported to be in stable condition.

Marcus Washington, 53, of Manhattan was arrested for attempted murder and aggravated battery. Washington was issued a total bond of $250,000 and remains confined in the Riley County Jail at the time of this report.

Additionally in connection with this incident; Alvin Love, 41, of Manhattan was arrested for interference with law enforcement and obstructing apprehension of prosecution. Love was issued a total bond of $10,000 and remains confined at the Riley County Jail at the time of this report. Nichole Cochrun, 26, of Manhattan was arrested for interference with law enforcement and obstructing apprehension of prosecution. Cochrun was issued a total bond of $10,000 and remains confined at the Riley County Jail at the time of this report.
