Officers with the Topeka Police Department arrested a 28-year-old Manhattan man Wednesday. Jermaine Patton was apprehended at approximately 10:00 PM at a location in Topeka for failing to appear in Riley County District Court. The original offense listed on this warrant was violation of the offender registration act. The warrant had a bond of $10,000 and Patton is no longer confined at the time of this report.
