Stephen Garner, 29, of Manhattan was arrested in the 500 block of Pierre St. in Manhattan on February 14, 2018 at approximately 5:15 AM. Garner was arrested on charges of aggravated battery, aggravated robbery and aggravated burglary. Garner was issued a total bond of $25,000.00 causing him to remain confined at the time of this report.
Officers filed a report for burglary in the 4900 block of Shadowridge Dr. in Manhattan on February 14, 2018 at approximately 12:45 PM. Officers listed Christopher Lanoue, 37, of Topeka as the victim when he reported an unknown suspect took tools and miscellanious items from his truck. Officers listed Gary Kilner, 56, of Manhattan as the victim when it was reported an unknown suspect damaged his motorcycle. Noah Rignell, 20, of Manhattan, was arrested in the 2100 block of Sloan St. in Manhattan on February 14, 2018 at approximately 7:25 PM. Rignell was arrested on charges of distribution, and possession of paraphernalia. Rignell’s total bond was set at $5,000.00. Rignell was not confined at the time of this report.
Hubert Gumbs Jr., 28, was arrested in the 3100 block of Anderson Ave. on February 14, 2018 at approximately 4:15 PM. Gumbs Jr. was arrested on charges of criminal damage to property, criminal deprivation of property, domestic battery, theft and criminal restraint. Gumbs Jr. was issued a total bond of $5,000.00. Gumbs was not confined at the time of this report.
