The Riley County Police Department and Aggieville Business Association finally reached an agreed plan of action for Aggieville police presence in the evenings after months of contention and dispute.

RCPD director Brian Peete on Monday told the Riley County Law Enforcement Agency Board the two sides agreed that access to roads in Aggieville will be unrestricted unless police have information about a K-State home game and expect an increase in people in the area or a serious incident. He said this plan will be implemented through special order.
