
An Ogden man was arrested Tuesday morning in connection with a months-long investigation into fraudulent card use and computer-related crimes.
Riley County Police say the original report was filed July 27 around 2:12 p.m. in the 200 block of South Seth Child Road. The case involved criminal use of a financial card, theft of property or services and multiple computer unlawful acts.
On Nov. 18, officers arrested 28-year-old David DeJesus Roman in the 1000 block of South Seth Child Road. He faces seven counts of computer unlawful acts, six counts of criminal use of a financial card and one count of theft of property or services.
DeJesus Roman was issued a total bond of $28,000 and remained confined in the Riley County Jail at the time of the report.
