Amber Blackaby, 33, of Manhattan was arrested while in the 500 block of Stone Pointe Dr. in Manhattan on October 31, 2018 at approximately 8:20 PM. Blackaby was arrested on a Manhattan Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear and a Riley County District Court warrant for failure to appear. Blackaby was issued no bond causing her to remain confined at the time of this report.

Michael Stevens, 39, of Junction City was arrested while in the 2200 block of Browning Ave. in Manhattan on October 31, 2018, at approximately 9:05 AM. Stevens was arrested on offenses of possession of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana and interference with LEO. Stevens was issued a total bond of $5,000.00 causing him to remain confined at the time of this report.
