Officers listed Larry Dall, 71, of Manhattan and Sprint as the victims when it was reported an unknown suspect stole services by creating an account in the victim’s name. Chauncey Lyles, 19, of Manhattan was arrested while in the 1400 block of Hartman Pl. in Manhattan on November 2, 2018, at approximately 1:30 PM. Lyles was arrested on offenses of possession of marijuana with the intent to distribute, criminal possession of a weapon by a felon, unlawful selling of prescription drug and possession of drug paraphernalia. Lyles was issued a total bond of $10,000.00. Lyles was not confined at the time of this report.
