Chauncey Lyles, 19, of Manhattan was arrested while in the 1400 block of Hartman Pl. in Manhattan on November 2, 2018, at approximately 1:30 PM. Lyles was arrested on offenses of possession of marijuana with the intent to distribute, criminal possession of a weapon by a felon, unlawful selling of prescription drug and possession of drug paraphernalia. Lyles was issued a total bond of $10,000.00. Lyles was not confined at the time of this report.
