Officers filed a report for rape and aggravated indecent liberties with a child in Manhattan on December 10, 2018. Derrell Goldsborough, 33, of Junction City was arrested while at the Riley County Police Department on December 10, 2018, at approximately 2:40 PM. Goldsborough was arrested on a Riley County District Court warrant for failure to appear. Goldsborough was issued a total bond of $5,000.00 causing him to remain confined at the time of this report.
