Officers filed a report for criminal use of a financial card and theft in the 200 block of Leavenworth St. in Manhattan on December 13, 2018, at approximately 3:10 PM. Officers listed Debra Clayton, 58, of Manhattan and Commerce Bank as the victims when it was reported an unknown suspect used the victim’s debit card to make purchases. Officers listed Michell Auck, 46, of Wamego as the victim when she reported a known male suspect damaged her lawn. The estimated total loss associated with this case is approximately $500.00.

Justin Bulk, 27, of Leonardville was arrested while at the Riley County Police Department on December 14, 2018, at approximately 12:30 AM. Bulk was arrested on three separate Riley County District Court warrants, two for failure to appear and one for violation of the Kansas offender registration. Bulk was issued a total bond of $40,000.00 causing him to remain confined at the time of this report.

Dane Simonsen, 32, of Manhattan was arrested while in the 700 block of Fremont St. in Manhattan on December 13, 2018, at approximately 10:35 AM. Simonsen was arrested on offenses of distribute methadone, distribute amphetamine, distribute tramadol, distribute alprazolam, distribute lisdexamfetamine, distribute amphetamine, distribute tapentadol, distribute methylphenidate, distribute codeine and distribute or possess with the intent to distribute drug paraphernalia for illegal use. Simonsen was issued a total bond of $50,000.00 causing him to remain confined at the time of this report.

Christina Reyes, 31, of Manhattan was arrested while in the 700 block of Fremont St. in Manhattan on December 13, 2018, at approximately 11:00 AM. Reyes was arrested on offenses of distribute methadone, distribute amphetamine, distribute tramadol, distribute alprazolam, distribute lisdexamfetamine, distribute amphetamine, distribute tapentadol, distribute methylphenidate, distribute codeine, distribute or possess with the intent to distribute drug paraphernalia for illegal use. Reyes was issued a total bond of $50,000.00 causing her to remain confined at the time of this report.
