Officers with the Riley County Police Department arrested Daniel Elmore, 34, of Manhattan on January 4th.
Elmore was arrested for the offenses of failure to appear and giving a worthless check, while at the Riley County Police Department.
These offenses were listed on warrants and carried a total bond of $13,000.00.
