Riley County Police arrested a Holton man Saturday for a variety of drug and alcohol related violations.
Philip Hawley (20) was picked up on College Avenue shortly before 3 AM; and he was charged with Distribution of opiates, opium or stimulants and unlawful possession of marijuana. He was also charged with purchase and consumption of liquor by a minor and use of drug paraphernalia and operating a vehicle without an ignition interlock device.
Hawley was confined at the Riley County Jail on an $11,000 bond.

RCPD officers arrested a Kansas City Kansas man early Saturday morning for a variety of drug related crimes.
Alexander Manrique (20) was picked up on College Avenue shortly before 3 AM; and he was charged with Distribution of opiates, opium or stimulants and unlawful possession of marijuana. He was also charged with purchase and consumption of liquor by a minor and use of drug paraphernalia among others.
Manrique was confined at the Riley County Jail on a $10,000 bond.

Courtney Vieyra (30) was still confined at the time of this report on a $10000 bond.

Riley County Police arrested a Kansas City Kansas man Saturday for drug related violations.
Stephen Collins (26) was picked up in the 1300 block of Laramie Street shortly after 5 PM and charged with unlawful possession of hallucinogens and use of drug paraphernalia .
Collins was confined at the Riley County Jail on a $5,000 bond.
