MANHATTAN, KAN. –

Officers filed a report for criminal damage to property near the intersection of S Scenic Dr and Stagg Hill Rd in Manhattan on July 17, 2020, at approximately 8:39 AM. Officers listed the Kansas Department of Transportation as the victim when it was reported an unknown suspect damaged the window of a John Deere Tractor. The estimated total loss associated with this case is approximately $500.00. Anyone with information can contact RCPD or the Manhattan Riley County Crime Stoppers. Officers filed a report for rape in Manhattan on July 18, 2020, at approximately 12:32 PM. Officers listed a 24-year-old female as the victim and a 35-year-old male known to them as the suspect. Due to the nature of the crime reported, no additional information will be released.

Officers filed a report for theft in the 1100 block of Fremont St in Manhattan on July 18, 2020, at approximately 2:11 PM. Officers listed a 20-year-old male as the victim when it was reported an unknown suspect took his 2008 Blue Yamaha YJ125.
