Officers listed Elisabeth Juliana, 57, of Manhattan as the victim when she reported an unknown suspect took eyeglasses and a lamp from her vehicle. Officers filed a report for rape, aggravated burglary and aggravated criminal sodomy in Manhattan on September 15, 2018. Officers listed a 58 year old female as the victim and an unknown male as the suspect. Due to the nature of the crime reported, no additional information will be released.

Jorge Figueroa-Franquiz, 30, of Manhattan was arrested while at the Riley County Police Department on September 14, 2018 at approximately 10:00 AM. Gorton was arrested on offesnes of distirbute opiate, opium, narcotic, or certain stimulant, possession of paraphernalia, use/possess with the intent to use drug paraphernalia, driving while suspended and possession of marijuana.
