Officers listed Daniel Rhoads, 53, of Manhattan and a female juvenile as the victim when it was reported an unknown suspect damaged the victim’s 2005 Dodge Neon and took school supplies from the vehicle. Officers filed a report for rape, aggravated kidnapping and attempted aggravated burglary in Manhattan on September 18, 2018. Officers listed a 23-year-old female as the victim and an unknown male as the suspect. Due to the nature of the crime reported, no additional information will be released.

Officers responded to the report of an injury accident near the intersection of Juliette Ave. and Ratone St. in Manhattan on September 17, 2018, at approximately 11:45 PM. When officers arrived on scene, they found a 2014 Green Kawasaki Motorcycle driven by Stephanie Zeiler, 25, of Manhattan had crashed. Zeiler was transported to Via Christi for treatment of her injuries.
