Timmy McGathy, 30, of Manhattan was arrested while in the 400 block of South 6th St. in Manhattan on September 6, 2018 at approximately 9:05 AM. McGathy was arrested on offenses of distribute opiate/narcotic/certain stimulant and distribute or possess paraphernalia within 1000′ ft. of a school. McGathy was issued a total bond of $20,000.00 causing him to remain confined at the time of this report.
Officers filed a report for theft and criminal damage to property in the 3100 block of Winston Pl in Manhattan on September 6, 2018 at approximately 4:00 PM. Officers listed Jetz Service Co as the victim when it was reported an unknown suspect took change and accessories from washer and dryer vaults.
