
It’s going to cost more for Riley County to upgrade infrastructure for the information technology and geographic information systems remodel project.
Commissioners on Monday unanimously approved a $53,753 increase in design services, bringing the total cost to $132,603. Public works director John Ellermann said after the commission on March 19 approved installing a generator at the former EMS facility to power the server room and elections office, Baker McMillan Architects revised its estimates given the new scope of the project.
