Two people were taken into custody Thursday evening in Ogden following the execution of a search warrant and the service of a district court warrant.

Riley County Police say 21-year-old Jessica Urbina of Manhattan was arrested around 5:53 p.m. Jan. 15 in the 300 block of Twelfth Street on a Riley County District Court warrant for probation violation. The warrant stems from original charges of possession of fentanyl, hydrocodone and drug paraphernalia. Urbina was issued a total bond of $15,000 and remained confined in the Riley County Jail at the time of the report.

Earlier that evening, officers executed a search warrant at approximately 5:36 p.m. at the same location. As a result of the search, 63-year-old Luke Johnson of Ogden was arrested around 5:48 p.m. on charges of use or possession with intent to use drug paraphernalia, interference with a law enforcement officer and possession of an opiate, opium, narcotic or certain stimulant.

Johnson was issued a total bond of $12,000 and remained confined in the Riley County Jail at the time of the report.
