Manhattan Parks and Recreation and University Christian Church are partnering up to put on the sixth annual Night to Shine.
Recreation Supervisor Zachary Bayless says the event is a prom night for those with special needs.

Night to Shine begins at 5:30 p.m. at 2800 Claflin Rd. and is being sponsored by the Tim Tebow Foundation.
