
Officers filed reports of three separate motorcycle thefts that occurred in Manhattan between July 25 and July 31, 2025. A 32-year-old man was listed as the suspect and arrested on Thursday, at 3:49 p.m. in the 1700 block of Fair Lane.
Bradley John Sutton, of Topeka, was arrested for three counts of theft valued $1,500 to $25,000 and one of count of fleeing or attempting to elude a law enforcement officer by operating a stolen vehicle. Sutton was issued a total bond of $16,000 and remains confined in the Riley County Jail at this time.
