Trisha Yearwood heads back into the kitchen in early 2016 for the seventh season of her hit Food Network show. Filmed during a year that found her hitting the road with husband Garth Brooks, being honored with her own exhibit at the Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum and turning on the Christmas lights at Graceland, the new episodes follow the CMA Female Vocalist of the Year as she balances music and marriage and still manages to do a little cooking.
The first of thirteen episodes follows Trisha during CMA week as she’s honored with ASCAP’s Voice of Music Award. Next, she heads to Memphis to the home of Elvis Presley, making Banana Pancake Sandwiches in his honor. Later in the season, she cooks a down-home dinner with Reba and welcomes back her most popular guest, her cookbook co-author and sister Beth Bernard.
New episodes of Trisha’s Southern Kitchen start Saturday, January 2 at 10:30 a.m. ET. You can see Trisha tonight on Bravo’s Watch What Happens Live at 11 p.m. ET.
