Broken BowACM Entertainer of the Year Jason Aldean celebrated the release of his new album They Don’t Know by playing for two capacity crowds at Boston’s Fenway Park this weekend, starting with a sold-out show on Friday.

In all, more than 60,000 fans turned out to see the Georgia native, who was joined by Kid Rock for the two ballpark shows, as well as his constant Six String Circus tourmates Thomas RhettA Thousand Horses and Dee Jay Silver.

“We’ve had these shows circled on our calendar for quite a while. This is one of the most iconic ballparks in the country with so much history, and we were able to cut loose and have some fun with those crowds,” Jason says. “It was pretty cool to play new music off this album, at the same time the Red Sox are number one.”

Jason’s developing quite a history with Beantown, having become the first country artist ever to play the major league ballpark in 2013.
