
A Wichita woman was arrested late Thursday night at the Riley County Law Enforcement Center on multiple felony charges tied to a 2025 case, according to authorities.
Kelli Ruth Gill, 37, was taken into custody at approximately 11:51 p.m. April 2nd, 2026, in the 1000 block of South Seth Child Road. The Riley County District Court warrant stems from a report originally filed in September 2025.
Gill was arrested on charges including distribution or possession with intent to distribute heroin, certain stimulants or fentanyl in an amount between 3.5 and 100 grams; distribution of heroin, certain stimulants or fentanyl in an amount less than 1 gram; distribution of a controlled substance; battery on a law enforcement officer; two counts of trafficking contraband into a correctional facility; two counts of trafficking contraband into a correctional facility involving unauthorized possession of an item at a facility; and attempted interference with a law enforcement officer.
Gill was issued a total bond of $75,000 and remains confined in the Riley County Jail at the time of this report.
