Warner Music NashvilleAt his concert last weekend at Peck Fest in Point Pleasant, West Virginia, Chris Janson decided to donate all the profits from the sale of his merchandise to help the flood-ravaged state.

“It’s the right thing to do,” the “Holdin’ Her” hitmaker said. “I’ve played many nights here in West Virginia and the people have always treated me and my family so nice. It’s like a second home to me.”

Chris isn’t the only country star who’s pitched in to help after the state was hit hard by flooding about a month ago. Both Billy Ray Cyrus and Brad Paisley participated in a telethon to raise money, and at last check, Brad was closing in on $700,000 of his $1 million goal to help his home state through his GoFundMe account.
