EMI NashvilleHillary Scott’s no stranger to visiting the top of the charts with Lady Antebellum, but this week, she’s accomplished a first all on her own. “Thy Will,” the debut single from her faith-based album with her family, is number-one on Billboard’s Hot Christian Songs tally.

Written as she went through the heartbreak of a miscarriage last summer while on tour with Lady A, “Thy Will” was one of the songs Hillary sang Wednesday in Nashville with mom Linda Davis, father Lang Scottand her little sister Rylee.  Producer Ricky Skaggs even sat in for part of the performance at Music City’s The Bell Tower.

The 13-track collection from Hillary Scott & the Scott FamilyLove Remains, comes out July 29.
