ABC/Image Group LA Miranda Lambert’s The Weight of These Wings flies to number one on Billboard’s Top Country Albums chart this week, selling 122,000 copies in its first week of release. It also debuts at number three on the all-genre Top 200 chart, moving the equivalent of 133,000 units, when you add individual downloads and streams.
This week, Miranda’s double set also earned a place on Rolling Stone’s “50 Best Albums of 2016″ list, coming in at number 16. The Texas native just released the second single from her sixth studio effort, “We Should Be Friends.”
