Charlie Daniels raised more than $100,000 for The Journey Home Project during his September 13 dinner at The Palm in Nashville. The non-profit helps members of the armed forces transition back to civilian life.
President George H.W. Bush presented Jimmy Wayne with the Points of Light Award this week at a private ceremony in Kennebunkport, Maine.
