A Topeka man was arrested Sunday evening on a Riley County District Court warrant after allegedly failing to appear in court.
Mateo Cochise Hyman, 22, was arrested just before p.m. July 26 at the Riley County Law Enforcement Center.
The warrant stems from original charges of aggravated battery, interference with a law enforcement officer, fleeing and eluding, leaving the scene of an accident and driving under the influence.
Hyman was issued a total bond of $40,000 and remains confined in the Riley County Jail.
