37 year old, Kelly Dustin Tessendor from Olathe was arrested under probable cause yesterday afternoon on 3 accounts of a violation of the violent offender registration act. Bond was set at $15,000. Tessendor is confined at Riley County jail at the time of this report.
27 year old homeless man in Manhattan, Ryan Kyle Jensen was arrested on 2 accounts of theft under $1,000, 1 account of making false writing, and 2 accounts of criminal use of a financial card under $1,000. At the time of this report, bond was not set.
19 year old from Junction City, Tristen Wade Garner was arrested yesterday evening on 2 accounts of false writing. Bond was set at $5,000. Garner has been taken into custody and confined at Riley county jail at the time of this report.
