Two people were injured in an accident KMAN first told you today.
According to the Kansas Highway Patrol, Desmon Knight, 36, of Topeka and Erin Woods, 36, of Nickerson were injured.
The two vehicle accident occurred just south of Manhattan Monday.
Kansas Highway Patrol adds a 2003 Ranger driven by Knight was traveling northbound on K177 before hitting a turkey and veering left of center and striking a southbound F150 driven by Woods. Knight was life-flighted to Stormont Vail, while Woods was life-flighted to St. Francis Health Center.
