A 20-year-old Overland Park man was arrested by the Riley County Police Department Friday afternoon for aggravated incident liberties with a child and fondling.
Malik Ricks was taken into custody at the RCPD Law Enforcement Center and is being confined inside the Riley County Jail on a $100,000 bond.
