
A Manhattan man is jailed on charges of child endangerment and aggravated battery.
The Riley County Police Department says 29-year-old Joshua Downey was arrested Friday morning in connection to a criminal report originally filed in December. An online criminal complaint alleges the charges against a child born in 2019. The report also charges him with one count of child abuse.
Downey was issued a total bond of $30,000 and remained confined in the Riley County Jail as of Monday’s report.
