A Wichita man was arrested Tuesday afternoon at the Riley County Law Enforcement Center on a Seward County warrant, according to authorities.

Nicholas Ellis Biddle, 21, was taken into custody at approximately 4:50 p.m. April 14th, 2026, in the 1000 block of South Seth Child Road. The Seward County District Court warrant includes charges of involuntary manslaughter, reckless driving, maximum speed limits and failure to yield at a stop or yield sign.

Biddle was issued a total bond of $50,000 and is no longer confined in the Riley County Jail.
