A Manhattan woman was arrested Thursday evening following a reported disturbance, according to the Riley County Police Department.

Officers filed a report at approximately 6:51 p.m. April 23rd, 2026, in the 2100 block of Casement Road for criminal threat, interference with a law enforcement officer and criminal damage to property.

Julia Sue Booher, 24, of Manhattan, was arrested at approximately 8:03 p.m. on charges of criminal threat, interference with a law enforcement officer and criminal damage to property.

Booher was issued a total bond of $10,000 and remains confined in the Riley County Jail at the time of this report.
