A 44-year-old Manhattan woman was arrested Friday on multiple forgery and theft allegations stemming from a report filed more than two years ago.

Riley County Police arrested Sarah Beth Fischer Swan at about 6:21 p.m. in the 1000 block of Limey Place on 11 counts of forgery and one count of theft of property or services.

Police said the arrest stems from a report originally filed in March 2024. Swan was issued a $21,000 bond and remained confined in the Riley County Jail at the time of the report.
