
A 32-year-old Topeka woman was arrested Saturday night in Junction City on multiple allegations, including possession of methamphetamine and marijuana.
Tiara Jade Newman was arrested at about 10:25 p.m. in the 400 block of West Fifth Street in Junction City on allegations of possession of methamphetamine, marijuana and drug paraphernalia, interference with a law enforcement officer by obstructing warrant service and concealing, altering or destroying evidence in a felony case.
She was also arrested on allegations of operating a vehicle with a defective tail lamp and without registration.
Newman was issued a $20,000 bond and was confined in the Geary County Jail at the time of this report.
