One person was killed early Sunday in a UTV crash northeast of Wamego.
The Pottawatomie County Sheriff’s Office said the crash was reported at about 12:50 a.m. near Old Post Road and Genn Road. Law enforcement, EMS and fire crews responded and found the UTV and two occupants.
The driver was not injured. The passenger was ejected from the UTV during the crash and was pronounced dead at the scene.
Authorities have not released the names of those involved pending notification of family members. The crash remains under investigation.
