A 44-year-old Manhattan man was arrested Friday morning on allegations of violating a protection order and attempted interference with the judicial process.
Kevin Harbaugh was arrested just after 11 a.m. at the Riley County Police Department.
Harbaugh was issued a $10,000 bond and remained confined in the Riley County Jail at the time of the report.
