RCPD report 3/9/16

Officers with the Riley County Police Department filed a report for the offense of promoting obscenity to minors after police were told that a 14-year-old male suspect showed an inappropriate video of another male using the restroom. Volume of calls to police rises during Fake Patty’s Day

Sales tax slightly down in Manhattan

“Somewhat boring, mostly flat” is the way Manhattan Finance Director Bernie Hayen describes February sales tax numbers for Manhattan.
