Officers with the Riley County Police Department arrested Alec Pierson, 19, of Manhattan, for aggravated burglary Monday afternoon. Pierson’s bond was set at $10,000, causing him to remain confined at the RCPD.

Manhattan Junior Crew boat missing

One of the Manhattan Junior Crew rowing’s safety/coaching boats is missing from their dock at Tuttle Creek Lake and is possibly stolen. It’s described as a green Tracker 15 with a 20 Horsepower outboard Mercury motor.. If anyone sees it around Tuttle Creek Lake, they’re asked to  let  MJC, and Pottawatomie County Sheriff’s Office office know. An email address is juniorcrewmanhattan@gmail.com .
