Childcare changes will eventually take hold in Manhattan. City Commissioners discussed amending definitions of childcare centers during a routine meeting, Tuesday night. The Onaga and Havensville Police Chief has filed for election to the Pottawatomie County Sheriff’s position. Daniel Costlow filed with the Pottawatomie County Clerk’s office Tuesday morning.
