A man charged for domestic battery, aggravated assault and criminal discharge of a firearm into an occupied dwelling plead no contest in Pottawatomie Court Tuesday. He also plead no contest to the aggravated endangering of a child.

Pottawatomie County Attorney Sherri Schuck told KMAN Jarvis Clark, 26, is set for sentencing on July 21 at 9 a.m. He was advised of his duty to register pursuant to the Offender Registration Act.

Clark was arrested on April 22 after a domestic disturbance in which a caller reported gunshots had been fired at a home on East Webster Street in Louisville. Clark’s bond was originally set at $500,000.
