Country Stampede is moving to Topeka for at least the next three years.
That’s according to event organizers who spoke at a press conference in Topeka Thursday morning.
They say it is no longer feasible to keep the event in Manhattan.
In addition, the event will go by a new name: Heartland Stampede.
Stampede was moved to Heartland Motorsports park this year due to flooding concerns at Tuttle Creek State Park.
