Authorities say a Dickinson County man charged with multiple counts of child sexual exploitation is in custody following extradition from Iowa.

According to the Dickinson County Sheriff’s Office, 44-year-old Ellsworth Primmer, of Enterprise, was arrested April 2 in Des Moines on a warrant listing 45 counts of sexual exploitation of a child. Each of the offenses are alleged from between July 2025 and February 2026.

The Sheriff’s Office says it executed a search warrant at a home in the 200 block of South Garfield Street in Enterprise in mid-February after receiving tips from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children.

Primmer is currently being held without bond.
